Vertical Spreads
At some point AAPL is going to be a great short but timing that one is next to impossible. There is a trading strategy though that can increase your chances while minimizing risk and If done correctly could generate a 400% return. The strategy is known as a call spread (put spread works as well).
I’m using AAPL purely as an example and the following strike prices simply to explain how the strategy works.
As of this post AAPL is trading at $496. What you would do is sell the March 460 call and buy the March 465
