Baltic Dry Index (BDI): The index tracks worldwide international shipping prices of various dry bulk cargoes.
Bid To Cover: A measure of demand for a treasury security auction. A bid to cover of 3 means for every $1 in treasuries offered, $3 were bid.
Bollinger Bands: Consisting of a set of three curves drawn in relation to a securities price that defines a relative definition of high and low prices. It is based on the reality that volatility is always changing.
